As an Olympic skier I know how physically demanding the sport can be, and it is particularly important this year as many people will not have skied for two seasons. Preparing physically for the mountains will be vital to help you get the best from your skiing and stay injury free.

There are various levels of membership based on your requirements. There will be explainer videos, hints and tips and a review area so I can monitor your progress.

Depending on the membership level you choose, you’ll be able to send me videos of your skiing for feedback and analysis so I can then send you specific training to make sure you get the most out of your equipment.

  • Graham Bell

    A former 5 x Olympic skier who is also a TV presenter, adventurer and journalist. He has presented several BBC TV shows with Ed Leigh including High Altitude in 2009 and Ski Sunday more recently. Graham is a BASI Level 4 instructor.
